We’ve been there. In that endless loop of not enough time and not enough money, and so much need.  And we’ll be honest, sometimes raising money left us feeling fake, burnt-out, or just icky. Nearly 15 years ago, we started looking for a better way.


We started trying stuff – fundraising practices that felt more authentic, more respectful of our community, our colleagues, and ourselves.


We found more direct, community-focused ways to raise all the money our missions really needed.


And it worked. Individual giving revenue grew by more than 10 percent per year over a ten-year period.


This experience changed the way we fundraise forever. And now we want to share what we learned with you.

Terms and Conditions

We are confident in the value and impact of our Values Based Major Giving Academy, and we want you to experience it risk-free. Here are the terms and conditions of our refund policy and our satisfaction guarantee:

30-Day Refund Policy:

  • Take comfort in our 30-day refund policy. We offer this in case something changes in your life or work. This refund policy is active from the date of purchase and offers a no-questions-asked full refund.

  • Refunds are available at any point of purchase through February 1st, 2024. 

Satisfaction Guarantee:

  1.  Eligibility 

  • To be eligible for the satisfaction guarantee, participants must complete all course modules, attend the kickoff session, participate in Q&A sessions, and engage in the final reflection session.

  • Requests for a satisfaction guarantee must be submitted in writing to

  • The request must be made no earlier than 48 hours after the final live course offering and no later than 2 weeks after the final live course offering.

2. Meeting Requirement:

  • Upon submitting an eligible satisfaction guarantee request, a brief Zoom meeting with our team is required.

  • The purpose of this meeting is to discuss your concerns and explore ways to address them. 

3. Refund Process:

  • If, after the meeting with our team, you still find the course unsatisfactory, a full refund will be processed within 30 days of the meeting.
